The eve was chilled, but wasn't my mind the same!
I lead it in the day : the fray,
but the evening's ignition is what for i blame!
Ignorance you faced, i accede,
But the very instance dozed my temperature off,
When in the side of my ear, you sibilated words : "See you tomorrow, tomorrow's day
Before leaving, leaving this town of today!"
In the departing tip ran your fingers : inimical to mine,
Your forefinger touched those of mine,
only your touch had all my senses,
The rest of my human was callous, obtund, Numb!
You walked away, ending it the way neither of us wanted,
And in that anger, all my feelings I abdicated!
